What Should You Do for Long-Term Weight Control?

Our topic today is all about winning the battle of the bulge. Sadly, only about five percent of people who lose a large amount of weight end up keeping it off for more than one year. However, it is absolutely possible to lose weight and keep it off. According to the National Weight Control Registry, people who succeed at this have one very important thing in common: They all manage to burn an extra 3,000 calories weekly. This means, on average, they exercise for approximately one hour every day. In addition to this, successful weight-loss strategies involved moderate restrictions on calories or the incorporation of the Mediterranean diet instead of huge bans on calories and unrealistic goals. Long-term weight loss is what we all know deep down – daily exercise, moderate goals, and great nutrition.
